Hours of Operation - 24 hour access/ 7 days a week.
Once you have signed the membership agreement and paid your fees, you will be given a PIN number that will enable you to workout whenever is convenient for you. You will have 24/7 access to the WCRC.
The WCRC consists of a fitness classroom, a weights room, and a cardio machine room.
The fitness classroom includes a TV which will have access to virtual fitness classes. Members will be able to use the technology and get a class started whenever is convenient for them. If you would like to learn how to use the virtual fitness class technology, please contact Nikki Chubb 785-672-5054. There are 6 spin bikes available to use, ab rollers, 2 bosu balls, core sliders, stability balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, jump ropes, weighted balls, and light dumbbells. The classroom has several educational posters to help you develop your own personal workout. The rec director will be on site often to ask questions or you can reach her at 785-672-5054.
The weights room contains dumbbells (5-75 lbs), kettlebells (5-45 lbs) and several weight machines. Whether you prefer to lift weights with machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, or you own bodyweight, the weight room will provide you with endless options to keep your workouts interesting and varied.
The cardio machine room has 2 treadmills, 1 air assault runner, 2 elliptical machines, 1 rower, 1 recumbent bike, and 1 Octane MTX Max Trainer.
How to Join
Below, you can click on the PDF icons to download the necessary forms. You MUST bring both of the forms completely filled out and signed by all members 14 years and older, to the WCRC. Once the forms are turned in and payment made, you will be issued a personal PIN that will give you 24 hour access to the WCRC. Please read through the forms before signing.
